NIELIT Aurangabad does not announce specific dates and schedules for spot admission for the BTech course. Moreover, spot admission is granted against available vacancies only; applying in advance does not guarantee admission. Thus, applicants can only get spot admission if seats get vacant after the counselling rounds conducted by the JoSAA and CSAB.

Yes, candidates who are planning to get admission into BTech course at NIELIT Aurangabad must have completed their Class 12 from PCM stream with English subject. Hence, Mathematics is compulsory to get admission into BTech course at NIELIT Aurangabad. Moreover, the institute offers two specialsiations in BTech course, i.e., Electronics System Engineering, & CSE, and the curriculum of these two courses includes Mathematics-related subjects. Thus, having prior information is compulsory.

According to NIELIT Aurangabad JEE Main cutoff 2025, the General AI category cutoff stood between 46118 and 57153. Only CSE and EE cutoffs were published by the institute. Between these two, the highest cutoff possess by BTech in CSE at a Round 3 closing rank of 46118. Likewise, for the OBC AI category, CSE remained the most competitive course at a closing rank of 18150.

In 2025, NIELIT Aurangabad offered M.Tech specialisations for the candidates belonging to various All India and Home State quotas. Considering the NIELIT Aurangabad GATE CCMT cutoff 2025, the closing score stood between 377 and 479 for the General AI category candidates. Yes, NIELIT Aurangabad also provides M.Tech in Electronics Design and Technology. The programme is affiliated to Dr BAM University and approved by AICTE. Admissions are done on the basis of GATE scores. It is a specialised postgraduate course in electronics systems design.

Yes, NIELIT Aurangabad offers admission through JEE Main for BTech in Electronics Engineering. Shortlisted candidates need to attend JoSAA or CSAB counselling. It's a purely rank and seat-dependent admission. Early application is advised after results.

No, there is no direct admission to BTech in NIELIT Aurangabad. You must qualify the JEE Main exam and go through JoSAA/CSAB counselling. Admissions are based on merit alone. There is no management quota or direct seat allocation.

The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Aurangabad is considerably cheaper and better than National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Delhi in terms of fees and ranking. While UG Diploma in Delhi National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology costs 18k to 25k, the same course in National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Aurangabad costs only 3.5k rupees. NIELIT Aurangabad offers B.Tech course for only INR 3.2 Lacs for a 4 year program.
