Navrachana University offers courses such as BTech, BArch, BBA, BSc, BA, Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Design (BLAD) and BDes programme at UG level, MTech, MBA, MSc, MSW and B.Ed at PG level and PhD programme at Doctorate level.

The University has included internships as a part of the curriculum to ensure that the students are organisation-ready after the course completion. The students can take up social or corporate internships. The Navrachana University summer internships start in May-June every year for the pre-final year students. The University has disclosed the average and the highest salary package for 2022 and 2023 drives. For 2023 placements, the average package for 73 students was INR 4.45 LPA, whereas, in 2022 the average package of 202 students was INR 2.56 LPA.
