Yes, with 40% aggregate have qualified NET exam. Once you crack UGC NET examination, he/she will be selected for Junior Research fellowship which will be paid or Appointed as a Assistant Professor in the Indian Universities and Colleges. But, to participate in this entrance test you have to fulfill the required eligibility criteria.

Hello, If you want to become a lecturer or researcher, you need to prepare for the UGC NET Exam and score well in the NET Exam.
