Almost all the universities accept NIOS. So, yes, you can surely go ahead and re-appear for class 12th through NIOS Board.

Hi, it a self-attested certificate, you have to mention/write your educational qualifications which make you eligible for NIOS. Contact NIOS for format.

As you are telling I failed in intermediate exam so there is no course for study if you failed in class 12th exam so you may go through examination next year so to pass the exam and get good college.

Bth have equal value. Though NIOS is open schooling as per government rules NIOS is deemed equivalent to any other board and nobody can question its authenticity.

Any college who's cut off is 62 percent will admit as NIOS is an approved board under MHRD.
