All NITs are not good. Only 10 - 12 NITs are good.

According to the past year, if you get 65%-70% (Out of 390 marks) and above in JEE Mains paper 2, you may get a seat in any NIT.

According to my knowledge, NIT-Puducherry is the best option among the two. They provide better facilities and good infrastructure and placement is also good at NIT-Puducherry.
Good luck.

There is no chance that you can get admission in any of NITs. You only have to go with private Institutes. To know which institutes you can get, visit this link:

It is not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs as the seats are less than 600 offered by all 9 NITs. Those who have AIR less than 1500 can only get seat. Therefore, I suggest you to go with other government colleges or private institutes.

First of all, congratulations. With 95.3 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 2 and a good score in class 12th, you may secure admission in NITs.
