I think CSE in NIT Jalandhar is better. Placements are extremely good of computer science students in NITJ. Feel are to ask about NITJ because I am also pursuing engineering from NITJ.

Placements vary from branch to branch and year to year according to the need and situation of national and international markets. Average package of NITJ in 2018-19 batch is 7.97 lakh.
Highest of computer science is 12.00 lakhs and lowest is of textile 5.00 lakhs.

There are only less than 600 seats in B Arch including all NITs. So, with this rank, it's impossible to get admission in any of the NITs.
