Since the cutoff of CSE branch is more than other branches so to get it in NIT is not possible but you could take any other branches to get into NITs and if you'll work hard in first year then you'll definitely be upgraded to higher branches like CSE based on your performance.

Fill IIST's form before 5 junk and you will definitely get that college. You can go for ISCR too and do counselling till last round so you can get IIT, Dhanbad too.

According to your marks it is difficult to get admission in NITs. But don't lose hope, apply for some other good private colleges.
