Yes, you can get into tier-3 or baby NITs. Else you can also go for GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutions) like SLIET, BIT-Mesra and IIEST-Shibpur.

You have got very impressive marks. You can get any branch in the NITs or even in IIITs. It depends upon you which branch you will get. If your rank is of accord to the cutoff of different colleges then you can get the branch.
