Admission to the School of Law and Legal Affairs at Noida International University (NIU) is relatively easy. It is based on merit in entrance exams CLAT, CUET, or the university's test, with a 50% mark in 12th grade.

School of Business Management offers a full-time 3 years course B.com at the UG level. To get admission in B.Com, applicants must meet the eligibility criteria that is candidates must have completed their 12th with minimum 50% from any recognised board.

The eligibility criteria for PhD Management and Commerce programme offered by School of Business Management NIU is that the candidates must have a master's degree with atleast 55% marks in aggregate and a bachelor degree with atleast 75% marks in aggregate. A relaxation of 5% marks may be given to candidates from SC/ST or EWS category.
