Yes, you can easily get admission in AKGEC or JSS, Noida for pursuing CSE, at general rank in UPSEE is 8700, but for that, you have to wait till the last round of the counselling.

Can assure you if you will get Noida campus. You can see the chances by analyzing your score with rank as last year only top 100 students were able to get this college.

At this score, you should try for the government colleges as your score is quit good in that regard but yes if you want colleges in Noida and Ghaziabad only then I'll prefer you to opt for IILM or Galgotias.
