According to your rank, if you reside in UP then you have home state benefits.
But, according to Shiksha college predictor, you will not get JSS-Noida.
You are eligible for CS in ABES, GL Bajaj, Raj Kumar Goel Engineering, IPEC and IMS Engineering College.

I think both the college are good for civil engineering, as the average package offered on both the institute are same. It is up to you.
