As per the eligibility criteria, you need to get minimum 60% in graduation (Life science or biotech) and 60% in class 12th. So, you are not eligible as of now. If you score above 60% after your 3rd year result, then you can apply for the same.

10+2 (Min 55%) with PCM & English plus JEE Mains score is 30 but that is as per last year's cut-off.
