The admissions are already over on 2-12-2022 as the last list of selected candidate was announced.
However, there are no ranks provided in the official website instead they provide marks of students got selected.
So, I've concluded that the cutoff went as follows:
General : 217-133 marks {20 seats}
reserved (sc/st): 131-103 marks {20 seats }
Economic weaker section (EWS) : 336-149 marks {4 seats}

5230 for 1st year

For the course of B.Tech, minimum eligibility marks required is 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics

The admissions to Mass communication and Journalism in Northeastern Hill College are done through CUET-PG. The closing Rank for M.J. M. C. in seventh round is 132 while in waiting list is 165 for the general category.

At least a 50% grade in Class XII from a recognised board and maybe 60% for more contact respective college NEHU Shillong

Your MAT score is good and can apply for some NIT and top 50 B school like LPU/ Shooloni / Chitkara / Shiv Nadar, etc.
