The application fee of NUS-ISS is a total of 10 USD for local or domestic students. On the other hand, the application fee for international students becomes 20 USD and is non refundable as well as compulsory in both cases.

Yes, it is considered hard to get into NUS-ISS as their programs are highly competitive, attracting thousands of applicants each year out of which the rate of acceptance is only 5%.
