If the college finds you eligible for admission, they will intimate you through a mail or a call about the seat allotment process, that is, counselling. If you haven't received one from the college, you can approach the college directly and ask for your current status.

Yes, of course, there will be a deadline for online application of forms. But, the university is yet to announce the application dates. I would advise you to contact the University Directly for the Information.

Every college is different and hence their admission criteria also vary. Please confirm the university/college name in which you want to apply for better clarification. You can also check the eligibility criteria of the college before applying and you can check the same on their website.
