Hi,
There is no doubt about online classes. Only gateforum has successfully launched online classes for GATE. Gateforum has good expertise in each stream. You can watch sample videos before register for online classes.

You cannot do online B.Sc as IT is a degree with practical subjects which is impossible to complete without attending classes. So, you cannot do online B.Sc.

The candidate has to appear for the online test from his/her remote location. You need a web camera with good internet connectivity. You can also take the online test from a nearby cyber cafe.

Yes, you can take admission but after admission, you have to show your certificates to the institute (when you receive them) for further verification on the day of joining the institute.
