For admission to MCA at PES University, there is minimum eligibility criteria that needs to fulfil before applying for this course. Interested candidates need to pass graduation either with a minimum 50% aggregate in BSc/BCom/BA with Mathematics as one of the subjects at Class 12 or graduation level or in BCA with a minimum 50% aggregate. Final year students can also apply on a provisional basis, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria at the time of admission. The admission to MCA course will be based on PESSAT or PGCET score.

Under Prof. MRD Scholarships, 50% tuition fee refund for the top 5% of students based on the merit of CGPA and SGPA is offered to students. This scholarship is not applicable for the final year of study. Under Rural Scholarships, free Engineering education is offered to students belonging to rural backgrounds. This scholarship is offered only to a selected number of students. Under Corporate Scholarships, students studying the final year of education are offered scholarships by many corporates based on their merit. Eligibility Criteria : 60% aggregate marks in Physics + Math + Chemistry/Computer Science/ Electronics/ Biotechnology of 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.Test Scores in PESSAT (National level exam) or KCET (State level exam) required.
Method to Admission :Register and take PESSAT/ KCET/ both (if eligible) and participate through counseling to compete for a merit seat based on PESSAT/ KCET rank. Provisional blocking of seats through higher fee/ management/NRI/PIO/OCI/Sponsored quota is also possible. Approach the Admission
