PES University Eligibility

Admission to the respective courses is offered based on merit and entrance. Therefore, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 45% to 50% in Class 12 for admission to various UG level programme. Whereas, for PG level courses, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation. In addition to this, PESU Bangalore considers valid scores of various entrance exams accepted with respect to the course of choice, such as KCET, JEE Main, GATE, MAT, CAT, CMAT, CLAT and other equivalent exams.

At PES University, the minimum eligibility varies with courses. However, the common eligibility for UG programmes is passing Class 12 with atleast 50 % of aggregate marks. For PG programmes at the university, the minimum eligibility is Bachelor's degree with atleast 50% of aggregate marks in the relevant stream. The sleection criteria for both the programmes is entrance based.

PES University provides the flagship Master of Business Administration (MBA) course to students. The course is available in a variety of specialisations. PES University MBA admissions are held on the basis of prescribed entrance exams. PES University offers BSc as a UG level programme with durations varying from 3 years to 4 years. The University offers BSc in 10 specialisations such as Cardiac Care Technology, Dialysis Therapy Technology, Anaesthesia and Operation Theatre Technology, and others. Admission to the BSc programme is offered on the basis of merit and valid scores of accepted entrance exams. Therefore, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Class 12. In addition to this, candidates must secure valid scores in the suggested entrance exams. 

PES University offers BArch for the duration of 5 years with an annual intake of 40 students. The University offers BArch based on the minimum aggregate of 45% in Class 12 and accepted entrance exams such as KCET, NATA, NTA or other equivalent exams. PESU Bangalore offers BArch with a total tuition fees worth INR 20 Lakh. 

Admission to PES University is offered based on merit and entrance. Candidates securing minimum aggregate in Class 12 will be eligible for UG level admissions. Whereas, candidates with clear record of graduation will be eligible for postgraduation admissions. University accepted CAT, MAT, XAT, CLAT, KCET, JEE Main, GATE or other equivalent exam scores for final admission. 

For admission in a BCom course of PES University, it is crucial that the aspirants fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements. Aspirants who are Class 12 or equivalent exam pass with at least 50% aggregate can apply for admission. The qualifying exam should have been passed from a recognised board. Moreover, the aspirants must hold the relevant documents during the application procedure and course admission. 

For admission in a BA programme, the aspirants must fulfil the course-specific eligibility criteria. The candidates who are Class 12 or equivalent pass with at least 50% aggregate in any stream from a recognised board can apply. PES University BA aspirants must hold the relevant documents for verification purposes. These have to be submitted at the time of form filling and admission.

The candidates seeking admission to BPharm course of PES University must be Class 12 or equivalent examination pass from a recognised board. Additionally, the qualifying exam should have been passed with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology subjects. Students must have the important documents with them as well. These are required for verification purposes. 

PES University offers a four-year UG degree course in BTech across six specialisations. Apart from the BTech course, the university also offers BTech Diploma Lateral Entry in four specialisations. Below is detailed eligibility for PES University BTech and BTech (LE) courses:

• Candidates need to complete Class 12 or equivalent in Physics, Maths and Chemistry with at least 50% aggregate to apply for PES University BTech.
• Aspirants need to pass Class 10 with three-year Diploma examination with at least 50% aggregate in the appropriate branch of Engineering/ Technology to apply for BTech (LE).
