Most of the private colleges give these kinds of scholarships to students and if a person is from SC, ST, OBC category, certain relaxations in fee is also provided to them or to those whose family income is less than a certain slab set. If you want to pursue your course from a government college by giving certain entrance exam such as MH-CET, their fee is already low and chance of scholarships are less because it has been already provided from government side itself.
