You can check the top universities in these countries such as Aston University in UK, University of Waterloo in Canada etc. , learn about the admission requirements, the expenses, course duration, work -permits etc. And decide where to study. A one year degree in UK may not be recognised in India, do all your groundwork and choose your destination accordingly.

They should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in Masters, if they are from General/ OBC Category or if they belong to SC/ST/PwD categories they should have scored minimum 50% aggregate. To apply for the CSIR NET exam candidates maximum age should be 28 years. SC/ST/OBC/PWD/female applicants have upto 5 years relaxation in age criteria.
