The Training Placement Office in SIPS Lonavla is committed to placement of students passing out from the Institute moreover it is responsible for the training programme of students and the industrial visit also The training and placement cell has the following objectives
1 To inculcate Industry Institute interaction by organizing and coordinating industrial visits inplant training and projects of industrial relevance for the students with the sole aim of zeroing down the gap between the industry and the academia
2 To help every student define hisher career interest through individual expert and personal counseling
3 To make available updated database and job profile of the companies and thus helps each student analyze and choose company of his interest
4 To organize and coordinate Campus Placement programme to fulfill its commitment of a job to every aspirant
Process of recruitmentThe placement season runs through the course of the year commencing the last week of July through to March The office interacts with various Pharmaceutical and allied healthcare industries corporate houses etc. Which conduct campus interviews and select graduate from pharmacy disciplines Also the office provides the infrastructural facilities to conduct group discussions tests and interviews besides catering to other logistics
PrePlacement Talks are also conducted in this regard as per mutual convenience Job offers dates of interviews selection of candidates etc. Are announced through the Training Placement Office
