Both the colleges are great and the ratings on Google are quite similar for both of them. As the RJS College of pharmacy has came into process in the near past that is 2019 for Bachelor of pharmacy course and there is no replacement record yet. So I will advise you compare the fee structure, facilities and faculty standards then choose wisely. But if still my opinion matters then I will suggest you take admission in Rashtra santha janardhan swami College of pharmacy.
