The university accepts the state-level entrance exam Odisha Joint Entrance Exam (OJEE), for its undergraduate course. The exam is conducted once every year in the computer-based test mode. The OJEE exam is usually of moderate difficulty level and is easier.

To pursue an M.Pharm, you typically need a B.Pharm degree or an equivalent qualification. Since a B.Sc in Medical is not considered equivalent, you may not be eligible to appear for the GPAT exam. However, you can explore other pathways or programs that may accept your background.

Candidates who wish to apply for DPharm course at Dr APJ Abdul Kalam University have to pay the registration/application fee. The application fee for APJ Abdul Kalam University courses is INR 500. Candidates can pay the fee via any online mode i. e. Credit/Debit card, UPI, net banking.

Merit based selection will be done for the admission to the DPharm course at APJ Abdul Kalam University. Applicants must fulfill the academic eligibility to be eligible for the admission process.
