KREE conducted by KR Mangalam University is the Aptitude Test, this test assesses & evaluates communication skills, problem–solving aptitude, collaborative strength, and technical & course-specific knowledge. After filling out the application form, candidates register themselves for KREE. KR Entrance Exam is a gateway to enrolment for the DPharm and other programmes at KR Mangalam University. The entrance exam comprises sections on objective-type questions for sentence completion, matching, multiple-choice, and true-false. The result of KREE will be declared within 48 hours of the examination via mail and telephonic confirmation

Admission to the BPharm course is based on CUET and KREE scores. Candidates who qualify the any of the entrance exams and counselling are allowed to join the BPharm course. KR Maglam University only offers 100 seats for the BPharm course, whereas, ten are for BPharm (Lateral Entry). Therefore, the entrance exam is necessary to get admission, and the official website of the university does not mention any rules and regulations for admission to the BPharm without entrance.

Candidates can secure a seat in the BPharm (Lateral) course at KR Mangalam University with the following eligibility criteria stated by the University. Firstly, BPharm (Lateral) is not a different course from the General BPharm course, candidates can take direct admission to the second year of the BPharm course through BPharm (Lateral Entry), the eligibility criteria that candidates need to follow is to complete a two-year DPharm Course from a recognised university/college approved by the Pharmacy Council of India(PCI) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

For admission to the BPharm programme at KR Mangalam University, candidates need to complete their Class 12 with in Science stream with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects & Mathematics/ Biotech /Biology as one of the subjects. Additionally, candidates must have secured at least an aggregate of 50%. KR Mangalam University accepts the scores of Common University Entrance Test, followed by HSTES Counselling. Additionally the university also accepts the KREE scores, KR Managalam Entrance Examination is basically an in-house entrance examination of the University.

Admission to the BPharma course entrance-based. Candidates must qualify for the CUET exam for admission. MIET Meerut BPharma admission is an online process conducted on the institute's official website. The basic eligibility critlass of BPharma is Class12 with 50-55 % aggregate in the Science stream.
