Both university is good on quality of study and both university is a top ranking university India and top university in Maharashtra so see the good one
The poona college of pharmacy is the good placement facilities as well as the ranking in NIRF of poona college of pharmacy is top 29 in India in pharmacy according to NIRF Report and top 1 in Maharashtra so yes poona is good in ranking and placement but Sinhgad Institute of pharmacy Science is also a top university in Maharashtra top 12 ranking in Maharashtra sinhgad Institute of pharmacy Science both is good as well as both is top university in Maharashtra

The total seat available and admission get the admission letter maximum is the number
The intake seat 60 mean 60 seat avialable for this year in course B.Pharma
You need the entrance exam good score and personal interview and than seat allotment you get the admission letter

The minimum cutoff for M.Pharma at DY patile college of pharmacy is different according to the exam and score card like entance exam GPAT, CUET PG, MHT-CET And other
GPAT 170 -190
CUET PG 650 to 700 is excellent mark
MHT-CET 90 percentile

The cutoff mark for B.Pharma required for admission and the minimum mark required to get admission and secure the seat in B.Pharma collage
The NEET UG is 350 to 400
The MHT-CET is 90 percentile
For B.Pharma you need to score 90 percentile in MHT CET.
GPAT is 140 to 150 minimum mark requried for admission in B.Pharma
These mark secure the seat in B.Pharma college if you get the mark and after than you can apply according to your preference

Eligibility is
Passed Sr. Secondary (10+2) in PCM/PCB with English as one of the subjects and PCM and/or PCB as optional subjects individually. 2. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations. 3. B. Pharm lateral entry (Sem III): D. Pharm. 4. Passed from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.

The minimum marks required for M.Pharma in dy patil college is
Passed (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognised Board with a minimum of 45% marks 40% for reserved category candidates as per Maharashtra state government rules or equivalent grade.
