With 78% in MHTCET you may or may not get government pharmacy college depending upon cutoff for every year and specific college. A score of 137 is likely to be low, and this might not get you into government colleges that rank higher who tend to have harder cutoffs. You can secure B.Pharma seat based on the availability and criteria, in other words you have a fair chance to get into B.Pharm at that rank of 367 ranks in OJEE. By and large, ranks under 500 generally have fair chances in government or premier private colleges. Although, the real possible also subject to year wise cut-off ranks as it differs each year.
