MPT Neurology is ideal for those passionate about neuro-rehabilitation, long-term patient care, and recovery science. It offers diverse case exposure—from stroke and TBI to pediatric and geriatric conditions.

The scope of this specialisation is expanding with the rise in neurological disorders and awareness about physiotherapy's role. It also opens doors to research, academics, and specialised practice in neuro care.

Yes, you are definitely intelligent enough to study BPT course with 74% in 12th. It requires 50% or more marks in PCB subjects in most of the colleges, so you meet the requirements. Success in BPT also counts on hard work, interest towards healthcare, and practical abilities than marks alone. You can choose to apply in many reputed colleges of physiotherapy in Hyderabad on merit basis.

A government institute is an option which will provide one with more medical exposure, let you understand all your concepts. There would be an experienced faculty to help you out and it would help you with a lot of money saving. While, a private institution would be a lot more expensive and the medical exposure wouod be limited. Mostly according to me you should opt for a government institute.
