After completing exams in the fourth year, students must do a compulsory six-month internship. This internship is very important because students work in hospitals and gain real patient care experience. The degree is awarded only after successfully completing the internship.

For admission to the B.P.Th course at SIA College of Health Sciences, College of Physiotherapy, students must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects. It is compulsory to appear for NEET-UG since the admission is based on NEET scores and state counselling. Without qualifying NEET, students cannot apply for admission to this physiotherapy course. No one course is better than other. Both are important in a patient's life.
Physiotherapy focuses on pain reduction, strength and mobility but Occupational Therapy focuses on independence in daily activities like dressing, eating and working.
Example: A PT helps a patient walk again after knee surgery. But an OT helps a stroke patient learn to feed or dress themselves again.
At the end, it should be a candidate's decision made with keeping career goals and liking in their minds.
