I think you will have to appear for improvement exam in your board because, the minimum requirement for pursuing CPL course is 50% marks in PCM. If at all you are interested to do this course then appear for improvement and score at least 50% in PCM. Then only, you can try!

Student Pilot License (SPL) & Private Pilot License (PPL) are intermediate stages of Commercial Pilot License Training.
You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training.
Its very simple logic SPL - PPL - CPL.
YOU CAN SKIP PPL AS IN ANY CASE YOU ARE ASPIRING FOR A HIGHER LICENSE, WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU MORE PRIVILEGES THAN PPL.

It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. When it comes to eyesight, the norm these days is that the candidate should have perfect eyesight (6/6) for at least one eye. And for the other eye, imperfection of up to (6/9) is allowed. But the imperfection must be a correctable one, correctable to (6/6).
This is a strict criteria. Regards.
