In Airlines typical schedule is 12 days on roaster, 8 days standby, 10 days off in a month. The eligibility is +2 with maths and science, CPL for ATR class and ATPL for jets.

There is no special courses for railway driver, but you have to complete ITI to become a railway driver.

its a 2 year course,which trains the candidate to work in automobile sectors

Hi Ishanuj,
You must have a minimum of 55% PCM in class 12th. If you are going to take your flying classes from government flying schools there will be an entrance test conducted by the Director General Civil Aviation or the DGCA. Being a pilot requires a lot of specialized technical training at various levels. In brief, the first level is that of a Student Pilot License (SPL), which allows the student to learn. Hello Prem,
You will need to be 12th passed with Physics and Math. Along with this you should be medically fit having normal eyesight (with or without lenses) no colour blindness, normal hearing among others. The medical status is to be ascertained after undergoing a Class 2 medical examination by a DGCA approved doctor.

To become a pilot, you have to obtain 3 pilot licenses which include SPL, PPL, and CPL. For that, you have to join flying clubs. India's best flying club is Bombay Flying Club.

Minimum age for starting your course is 16 years i.e 10th pass but, you will get your license after completing 12th.

Marine pilot manoeuvre ships through dangerous or congested waters, such as harbors or river mouths. He is normally an ex ship captain and a highly experienced ship handler, who possess detailed knowledge of the particular waterway, e.g. actual depth, direction and strength of the wind, current and tide at any time of the day.
