The mess food at PSG's hostel is really good. The hostel serves both North and South Indian cuisine. For non-vegetarians, eggs are offered daily and chicken is offered on a token basis three times a week. Special vegetarian foods are offered on a donation basis. There is a set menu for the dorm mess. Every six months, the menu selection may vary based on student desire. On major events like Diwali, Hostel Day, etc., several special dishes are served.
