Concidering all the aspects and IIRF Ranking PSG is the one of the good college which provides the good course curriculum. 

According to the graduates form the college it is one of the best colleges which is well established in infrastructure and extra curricular activities and a wide campus area and a good alumini network all over the world. Utkal university is the oldest in odisha which is a state government university and it is the best of odisha and it has NIRF a graduation of "A+". It is good in infrastructure too.

PSG Institute of Medical Science placement rate in the year of 2023 was recorded 87%. The placement rate witnessed a rise of 3% during 2023 compared to its previous year. Median package offered in the placement of PSG Institute of Medical Science in 2023 was 9.30 LPA. In 2023 out of 144, 125 students were placed. It can be said that PSG Institute of Medical Science has quite a high placement rate.

MD (Pathology): INR 525,000 

The first year of the MD programme is INR 350,000, and the programme lasts three years. Admission is based on NEET PG scores and merits. 

PSG Medical College also offers admissions under a management quota, which costs around INR 67 lakh.

Yes PSG gives admission based on NEET score. Considering the last three years' NEET PG cutoff, Coimbatore Medical College, Coimbatore cutoff 2023 for MD in General Medicine closed at 2100, while it closed at 1559 in 2022 and 1363 in 2021.

The eligibility criteria for MBSS at PSG College is

  • A candidate must have at least 50% in class 12 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as their main subjects
  • A minimum score of the NEET exam is required (score may vary per year)

The PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (PSGIMSR) in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu has an average annual fee of INR 450,000 for its 34 courses. For the MBBS program, the fee is around INR 425,000 for government seats and around INR 1,300,000 for management quota seats. The fee structure for the government quota is as follows:
