Industrial Metallurgy has a good scope in future, but to be successful in that field, you need to go for Bachelor's degree as well as Master's degree in it. Also, you need to have over 6-7 industrial internships.

Try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Tech CSE. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both.
