Yes, any degree obtained from Indian Institute of Public Health - Shillong is valid and widely accepted across India. The college is an integral part of Public Health Foundation of India and is overseen by governement. Students will be registered with Martin Luther Christian University (MLCU) and the degree will be conferred by the University. Hence, yes, the degree is totally valid.
