No, you won't be eligible if you don't have any work experience. The minimum eligibility for the MPH course at Harvard University requires students to have Bachelor's or Master's or a Doctoral Degree with the given additional requirements -

International students can apply for the MPH program via an online portal called SOPHAS. Then turn-in all the necessary documents such as the academic transcripts, English test scores, letter of recommendations, personal statement and resumes. Then pay the application fee of $60 that rounds off to INR 5.63k and the application process is done.
