Yes, you may get into a government medical college in Rajasthan with a 98,255 rank under the home state quota. According to the information given by you, you may get admission to the MBBS courses at the following colleges:
1. Government Medical College in Bharatpur
2. Government Medical College in Churu
3. Government Medical College in Pali
However, you may not get admission in round one or round two of NEET counseling as your score is less than 500. Based on previous year trends due to high competition in MBBS cut off is high even in SC category and you have more chance by Mop Up or stray vacancy round.

Jaipur is home to a plethora of NIIT locations. Thanks to NIIT's online learning platform, distance and accessibility are no longer barriers to education. Educators may choose from a variety of methods to ensure their students absorb the material. As

Its not compulsory but being a CSE student means you must have a laptop. It will be better for you as you can practice coding anytime you are comfortable otherwise you have to use college Lab everytime. You can also learn and practice many other things at 1 am in your room if you have a laptop. Purchase a simple laptop and use linux operating system.
