As you are in the final year of graduation, so you are eligible to apply for the M.Sc course at AAU. And, after completion of your graduation, you can join the M.Sc.

Government college you can try for is SGSITS-Indore, IET-DAVV-Indore, JEC-Jabalpur, Guru Ghasidas University- Bilaspur, UIET - University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panjab University
Indian Institute of Carpet Technology, Bhadohi (if looking for Textile Engineering)

As you have scored 8630 rank in MAHE exam, so you are eligible to participate in the counselling process. But getting a seat in Jaipur will be difficult with this score. Still, I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling. Best of luck.
