I think, if you are working part time, then it may be possible, otherwise it will be a bit difficult for you to manage. But, nothing is impossible, you can do it. Just see that your college has little importance in civil engineering, if it is so well and good. Otherwise, you have to manage your work and classes.

Hi,
If we talk about Jaipur, VSI will be a better option as so many rank holders are from that academy. As I heard from one of my friends that they give exam oriented knowledge so that the student will be able to crack the exam paper easily.
