RTU, Kotak would be the better choice as you'll be getting a better environment and student competition here.

Startup companies are most common here. Moreover the overall rating of this college is approximately 5.7/10, which is not that much appreciated as other RTU affiliated colleges.

Sorry to say, but you are not eligible to take admission in DU. Just search for good B.Sc private colleges near you like Maharaja and government funded institute.
