Admissions are open for Masters in Arts in English. Aggecate Percentage of your B.A. Is considered for admission. However, the cutoff is not go high. So you can get admission easily in SS Jain Subodh PG College, Jaipur.

The cut-off of Delhi University is irrespective of the board, so it totally depends on your best four %age in 12th whether you meet the requirements of DU or not.
You can check out the previous year cut off to get an idea of 2018 cut off-

No dear,
For IIT, you must be in the top 20 percentile of boards and as far as I know for RBSE board, you should have above 75%.
After that, you have to crack JEE Mains and JEE Advanced paper to get into an IIT.
