Hello there,
First of all, let me tell you a few things that
You should not expect a 4.5 lacs+ package from any RTU AFFILIATED institute. I was allotted JECRC last year through RPET and you would be surprised to know that there are 60k seats for engineering in Rajasthan, out which 55k students filled form for the RPET 33k students appeared for the exam and 11k examinee actually got themselves admitted into the colleges allotted by BTER and out of those 11k ,1050 examinees chose JECRC that is approximately 10%. So you can see a larger portion of engineering aspirants are in JECRC. Now coming to your branch so far I have heard from senior

Hi Mohit!
The basic eligibility for admission to any of the B.Com. programs is a pass in Higher Secondary School examination with Maths and English as core subjects. However, different universities release cut-offs. Cut-offs largely depend on the performance of students in the 10+2 exams and the number of qualified students applying to the course. Though there is no work experience required for the course, students with work experience can also apply.

That would be difficult without having a reservation, but every year, admission statistics vary, hence you may have a chance. Try the college predictor service of Shiksha.com.

In case you don't get a good college, don't settle for some mediocre college. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. They have their different criteria for admissions.
Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of NATA and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of cl

Dear Alok,
Yes, you can but then it depends upon the cut off and your score in CLAT. In case there is some issue try for admission in some good private universities like LPU, ICFAI, SRM, etc. where the admission criteria is going to be through ISAT and CLAT. Their own test or marks in class 12. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements. Check their websites for more details.

NLU-D would be a better choice. It has location advantage, faculty and placement is far more better than Jodhpur. I highly recommend you to join Delhi, however, there are few people in my college who had opted for Jodhpur above Delhi.
