I think, you should go for MBA as it is a degree programme and is more valuable if done from a good college. Rest depends on your interest.

Banasthali University offers BA Hindi degree course but not BA Hons Hindi. Eligibility criteria for BA is Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination of Banasthali or an examination recognized by Banasthali University as equivalent thereto with Arts/ Science / Home-science.
