IIHMR Jaipur Highlights 2025
IIHMR University (also known as IIHMR Jaipur) is a private institution of higher education in Jaipur, which offers postgraduate and research education in Health Management. Originally established as the Institute of Health Management Research in 1984, the institution converted to IIHMR University under Act No.3 of 2014 of the Government of Rajasthan. It was ranked 90th by NIRF 2022 under the Management category. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India has identified it as the Institute of Excellence for its significant contribution to strengthening health systems.

IIHMR Jaipur admission 2025 is open for various courses. Admission to all the courses is entrance-based. Additionally, IIHMR University conducts IIHMRU-MAT for those who do not appear for any of the national-level aptitude tests.

An online application form has to be filled up, along with submitting valid scores of CAT, XAT, NMAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT, GPAT, or IIHMRU-MAT for admission to IIHMR University. Candidates shortlisted for the process are invited for group discussions and personal interviews. Selection is based on the performance in academics, entrance test scores, GD, and PI. Admission finally gets confirmed once the document verification and payment of the fee are done.
Candidates must submit a CV, personal statement, recommendation letters, English proficiency scores, and (optional) standardized test scores. For international applicants, foreign transcripts must be evaluated by WES or ECE and submitted through SOPHAS to meet IIHMR University’s application requirements.
For IIHMR Jaipur MBA admission, the final score is calculated based on few components that include 35% weightage for the score in CAT, XAT, NMAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, GPAT, or IIHMR-U MAT; 30% for graduation marks; 15% for Group Discussion performance and 20% for the Personal Interview. The total score is 100, and the students need to get above the minimum percentile cut off in the entrance exam, or else they can go for the IIHMR-U MAT if the marks are less than 50 percentile.
Eligible candidates would have a selection process which comprises a group discussion (GD) followed by personal interview (PI). A selection on basis of scoring the following national entrance tests or their aggregate or IIHMR- MAT /CMAT; CAT / XAT/ NMAT, along with scoring marks from GD and PI are followed to decide for selection. During personal interviews, original documents need to be produced to authenticate it at the venue of interviews. A minimum 50 percentile in the entrance exam; otherwise, candidates must appear in IIHMR-U MAT.
