I will advice you to check the Skilled Shortage List of New Zealand or any other country to know if the occupation is in demand. Regarding PR, it is easier if you are well qualified, get a good and stable job. You can check:

There is only one good college in Bangalore for supply chain management: Institute of Logistics and Aviation Management.
