RV College of Architecture is well-regarded for its excellence in architecture and engineering, earning a distinguished reputation among prospective students for B.Arch as well as M.Arch.
While considering your options, you might also look at other prestigious institutions such as IIT Roorkee, IIT Kharagpur, several NITs, SPA Delhi, and CEPT University with others, Each of these offers strong programs in architecture.

However, if you prefer to study within Karnataka, RV College is unbeatable for architecture and faculties

The course curriculum of B Arch at the RV college is quite good, it is also similar to the course curriculum  in other government colleges, it includes the basic foundation courses, students work on actual practical projects, and they also provide courses on building constructions, materials etc. the students get to have the hands on experience, some electives are also provided like urban design, interior design etc., the final year also includes a major research project and thesis. At the end, the course curriculum of B Arch is good, since it inlcudes both theoretical and practical approach.

The placements of M.Arch programme at RV College of Architecture can be considered quite well, according to me. But it wwill certainly depend a lot on your specialisation and what the industry iyou are going for and what industry is demanding at that time, the placements won't be very streamlined. Students have gotten placements at firms, agencies etc. But the placements also mainly depend on the student's individual skill set, more than the college, even though it does provide some good chances of grabbing a placement, but placements through internships and projects are highly suggested. So you should focus on internships and projects

For a M.Arch degree from RV college of architecture, you can either appear for GATE or for PGCET conducted by KEA.
For GATE the decent and safe score for M Arch programme is considered to be 75, with this score you can safely secure the admission in any decent college.
A score of 50 might be safe for RVCA but it will eventually depend on the no. of students applying and the dificulty of the paper as well, hence changing the cut off

Studying B.Arch in RV college would be like studying B.Arch in any other college as the syllabus will be somewhat similar, it mainly depends on how you study and how well you pay attention to the things being taught to you, regarding the faculty and other facilites in RV college, you wouldn't have any such complains from the college, it provides you one of the best faculty members and facilities for the students in all programs and not just B.Arch, so if you just focus and do your best, you might find pursuing B.Arch quite easy.

For the most upto date and the latest infromation you should check their college website and their bulletin informatuon released near the admission process, but according to me RV College offers a number of specialisation in M.Arch The number of students will surely depend on the type of specialisation you will be pursuing and also the vacany of the seats whcih will be provided by the college during the admission process, available on their website. But in general, the M.Arch programme might have a capacity of around 20-30 students for each specialisation.
