Difficulty would be more or less the same for a 12 th pass student and an MBA (marketing) candidate. And if you have done MBA then you must be around 23 years old. Starting at this age and finally completing CA would require a lot more dedication.

You can apply for GMAT regarding your English problem but, for most MBA entrance exams including CAT you need to have a Bachelor's degree with atleast 50% marks (45% for ST, SC and PWD). .

A candidate must hold a B.Ed degree or an equivalent degree from a recognised university. The applicant must have a post-graduate degree from a recognised university. The maximum age limit for the PGTs as per PGT eligibility criteria is 40 years. As per this, you are eligible.

Eligibility criteria for Admission into MBA  Academic Requirement: Candidate should have a Bachelors Degree under 10+2+3 pattern in any discipline with 50 percent marks from a recognised University or equivalent grade as recognised by UGC.
