Hi, Admission Requirements and Procedure
1. Students shall be admitted to this course, through a national level written entrance test conducted by the University of Delhi.
2. The test will be conducted separately for English Medium (Total seats 60) and Hindi Medium (Total seats 60).

The entrance exam of this course has already taken place in the month of May. I am afraid you cannot apply for this course anymore as the admission process has already ended for 2018-2019 batch.

There is no one single factor apparently. Besides meeting the general admission requirements like submission of TOEFL scores, essays, etc. you must demonstrate a high caliber profile.
