There are many subjects included in Assam class 10 exams. Students need to select subjects in Assam HSLC exam from English, Social Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Biotechnology, and more. The Board has also released the syllabus for all the subjects on its website. Moreover, the board also released the Assam HSLC sample paper for the students. For a better preparation of the exam, the students need to cover the entire syllabus of each subject.

HSLC Exams 2025 Assam are conducted in offline mode (pen & paper). Candidates write the answers on answer sheet provided by the examiner. Objective type questions are answered in OMR sheet while the non-objective type questions are answer on descriptive normal answer sheet. Students must be aware of the exam pattern to get more familiar with the actual exam pattern.

The board has announced the Assam HSLC routine on November 25 this year. Students can access the same online on board's website at sebaonline.org. As per the announced dates, the class 10 exams 2025 are scheduled to be conducted from February 15 to March 3, 2025. The exams will be held in two shifts. The first shift exams will be conducted from 9:00 am to 12:00 and the second shift exams will be conducted from 1:30 pm to 04:30 pm.

The Assam State School Education Board (Division-I) (ASSEB) will soon announce the Assam HSLC routine 2025. As soon as the SEBA HS routine 2026 is out, we will update the same on this page. The board will conduct the Assam Board 10th exam from in February and March 2026. In 2025, the Assam HSLC exams were held between February 15 and March 3, 2025.

SEBA stands for Board of Secondary Education, Assam which body under Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) and is held responsible for ensuring the Madhyamik education the state. SEBA condcut the board exams and declare result for the same. In 2025, SEBA came under ASSEB which a newly esytablished board to conduct class 10 and 12 education in the state. As of 2024, SEBA used to conduct the Class 10 board exams, while the Class 12 exams looked after by the AHSEC.

If you are looking to pursue CA your better option should be MEBA where mathematics, economics, business studies and accountancy and SEBA (statistics). PEBA:The subject combinations are Political Science, Economics, Business Studies, and Accountancy.

Hi Varun, It is always better to do an academic course by attending regular courses. As by attending regular classes you tend to have a bigger horizon towards the course. You also experience practical exposures etc. Distance Learning was introduced where a student cannot attend college due to various reasons. Mainly if the Student is a working professional.
