I would like to suggest you to opt for political science over history. Although history is also not a bad option but the way career in political science is increasing, it made me say this. If you have studied political science as a subject in your graduation or post graduation level, you have plenty of options available besides being a politician. In the government sector, a wide range of government occupations, from urban planning to legislature to intelligence bodies, are available for those with a major in political science. It is a common belief that political science graduates are all just made for politics and govt. agencies, but

Nevertheless, all languages have their own utility and applicability but still, I would recommend you to follow 'Spanish Language'. Its syntax, grammar and even the words are similar to that of English. That's why, it is considered as the easiest language to learn. My suggestion is to look at the job market and see what jobs are out there that require more than just your native language/s and English. Then, decide which one fits what you have in mind. You might want to choose a language that is in the highest demand and pays the best by the businesses in your area. In India, Spanish, is in more demand because of its outsourcing. Many o

Economics is an area that has been underestimated quite a bit in India.
What makes economics versatile is its applications to an economy as well as an enterprise. Economics as a subject is a combination of numbers and human behavior.
There are so many areas -
Developmental Economics
Behavioral Economics
Environmental Economics
Agricultural Economics
Micro Economics
Companies such as Google, Apple, HP, Intel, etc. use economists to introduce new offers and price them based on human behavior. Economists serve as an interface between engineering and marketing.

Sociology covers human behavior, cultures, trends and phenomenon. The scope ends at individual human behavior, psyche and personalities. That's where psychology takes over.
I once had a sociology professor tell me I couldn't put in my research that a participant was upset at my research question, because I wasn't qualified to know if they were angry.
