In my opinion, 'Maharaja Agrasen' is better than 'Shivaji College' because the former is ranked at 32 by MHRD'S NIRF rankings in 2018. While the latter is ranked at 59 by the same this year.
Maharaja Agrasen has got better placements and exposure offered and thus better 'graduation outcome'.

Shivaji College is way better than Aryabhatta College. Shivaji is ranked 59th in India by Ministry of Human Resource Department's (MHRD) National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF). While Aryabhatta College is nowhere in the top 100 colleges of India.

PGDAV College is the best among above colleges . It provides all the facilities regarding academics and has a great exposure. Faculty members are experienced and have very effective learning. Commuting modes are available by bus and metro both.
So, I suggest you to go with PGDAV college
